The apartment is located to the east, which provides morning sun but a cool and comfortable temperature during the afternoon and evening. The balcony has a lovely view of the pool area and the mountains in the distance. The apartment is fully equipped with what you may need during the holidays.
The apartment building has lots of facilities and opportunities for activities. There is a tennis court, football field, etc. Free parking on the street and nearby parking.
The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area but still very close to Platja d’Alcudia’s main street for entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The beach, shopping, culture and good restaurants are all nearby.
There are many opportunities for activities such as padle tennis, tennis, horseback riding, go-cart and miniature golf in close proximity to our apartment. Alcanada's 18-hole golf course is within 10 km, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea from all holes.
We who have the apartment are newly retired and use it most during the off season, which we are very happy about. Therefore, we also want others to have the chance to visit Alcúdia and enjoy themselves here! Should you be interested, we are happy to see that you take care of it in the best way. It is of great importance to us that our guests are serious and conscientious.
